Introduction

Hakim joined Qatar Mobility Innovation Center (QMIC), Doha, Qatar, as a Research Scientist after graduation from KAUST in 2015, then Stevens Insitute of Technology, New York City, NY, the USA in May 2018.
 

Education and Early Career

Hakim obtained his degree in Diplome d’Ingenieur, Higher School of Telecommunications of Tunis (SUP’COM), Tunis, Tunisia in 2010.  
In 2011 he got his Master's Degree in High-Rate Transmission Systems, Higher School of Telecommunications of Tunis (SUP’COM), Tunisia. After his graduation, in 2012 he graduated from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Thuwal, Saudi Arabia as a Ph.D.  degree in Electrical Engineering.

Research Interests

Hakim's research focuses on the following areas

  • Green communications in LTE networks
  • Cognitive radio communications and networks
  • MIMO systems and space-time codes
