It never occurred to me that I would live in Saudi Arabia (of course, I always have a dream of visiting Two Holy Cities since my childhood). But when I knew that I would live in KAUST, a very unique university as endorsed by some books or news portals, I supported my husband's decision to relocate. KAUST is indeed a wonderful place to live where I feel safe and comfortable. Everything like workplace, school, market, clinic, sports and entertainment, is in close proximity. I am grateful to be part of this multi-cultural community and to work with a great team in CEMSE Division.
Pujiastuti (Tuti) Yudhanto moved to KAUST with her husband and son in February 2014. Prior to KAUST, she worked as an Account Staff in a trading company in Singapore and Tax Auditor at the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia. She holds a Diploma in Taxation and Bachelor's Degree in Economics. She has been working as a Business Analyst in CEMSE Division since April 2014 where she is responsible for managing faculty's research funds, assisting with budget review and forecast, producing regular financial reports and undertaking other administrative duties as required by the division. Tuti likes traveling and doing outdoor activities (hiking, camping, desert trips). She also participates in Angklung Ensemble as a way to socialize and preserve the traditional Indonesian instruments.
