Education and Early Carreer
Amanda Lenzi completed her Ph.D. at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in 2017. She also holds a B.S. and an M.S. degree in Statistics from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. She joined KAUST in September 2017.
Her primary focus has been on spatial and spatio-temporal statistics using mainly Bayesian methods for large data sets. She has also worked on models for aggregated functional data. Her goal is to broaden her expertise in spatio-temporal modeling and learn more about other new and exciting research areas.
