Mathematical concepts and techniques are used in virtually all fields of science and engineering. Mathematics can enable exciting new discoveries and techniques.

The Applied Mathematics Virtual Fall School 2020 will focus on Modelling and Simulation of Biological Systems and will take place virtually from Sept 28-Oct 6. Parts of the school will be taught by Gillian Queisser from Temple University in Philadelphia, and also Arne Nägel from Frankfurt University.
