Our paper entitled "Virtual Machine Migration in an Over-committed Cloud" has been accepted by the 13th IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium (NOMS 2012) as a long technical paper. This year, the acceptance rate is 55/210=26.2%. This paper is a result of our joint work with IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. More information is available at the publication page.
