​​Prof. Zhang is invited to give a talk at CNCC 2018 special track of the most influential computing algorithms, their origin, application, and impact. The talk was very popular. The slides are requested by many attendants. It is available to download.​

CNCC (China National Computer Congress) is an annual congress in computing. It is the largest and most influential event in Computer Science in China. This year, the number of participants is over 7600. Prof. Zhang is invited to discuss two most influential models in machine learning in the special track of the most influential computing algorithms, their origin, application, and impact. She introduced Affinity Propagation (AP) and Locally Linear Embedding (LLE), discussed their origin, their main ideas and their influence.​
