Problems can be as big as dinosaurs with heavy tails and extreme statistics is the tool to tame them! After his postdoc at KAUST, Arnab moved to the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India, to embark on an academic career. He started as an Assistant Professor of Statistics at IIT Kanpur in January, 2022.
