In April of this year, Ph.D. student Ahmed Alfadhel at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), led by Professor Jurgen Kosel, won the best paper award at the sensors applications symposium in Croatia for developing a magnetic device suitable for artificial skin applications.
