Prof. Jae-Hyun Ryou is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering
Also affiliate with Materials Science and Engineering Program, Texas Center for Superconducitity (TcSUH), and Advanced Manufacturing Institute (AMI)

Education and experience: 
Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, University of Texas at Austin
M.S. and B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering, Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea
Honeywell Technology Center
Center for Compound Semiconductors at Georgia Institute of Technology

Research:
Current research interests: semiconductor materials, devices, and nanostructures for photonic, electronic, and energy applications
Most importantly, how to motivate the students and train them for an independent problem solver.
