Abstract
This talk presents a very serious emerging threat: the bots scraping websites and hiding their IPs thanks to residential IP providers. The problem, state of the art, and a new solution will be explained.
Brief Biography
Marc Dacier is a Professor of Computer Sciences and the associate director of the Resilient Computing and Cybersecurity Center (RC3). He has worked for IBM Research and Symantec Research, among other places. His research focuses on operational security and threat intelligence, in particular intrusion detection techniques and network security mechanisms.
