Md Abdullah Al Hafiz worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Integrated Circuits and Systems Research Group with Prof. Hossein Fariborzi at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Dr. Hafiz is an enthusiastic researcher/educator specialized in the field of micro/nano-technology. He has R&D experience both in the industrial and academic environment.
Research Interest
Md Abdullah's research areas included but not limited to MEMS/NEMS devices, micro/nano-fabrication, linear and nonlinear dynamics of micro/nano-resonators, novel memory/logic devices, RF-filters, sensors, actuators, silicon photonics, micro-optics, optical interconnects and optical cross-connect switches.
