Farzan Ghodsi-Nasseri is a Former visiting student at the Integrated Circuit and System Research Group under the supervision of Prof. Hossein Fariborzi at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Currently, he is an Undergraduate at the University of Washington, USA"

The goal of the project was to fabricate and characterize novel semiconductor quantum dot lasers. These lasers have the potential to replace power-hungry electronic circuits for interconnects and clocking applications in data centers, server farms, and supercomputers. His research involved developing new technology for semiconductor laser characterizations.

Research Interests

Farzan's research interests included Semiconductor quantum dot lasers.
