Klemens Katterbauer (PhD in Electrical Engineering) comes 2nd place at the Middle East, North Africa & South Asia SPE Student Paper contest

Klemens Katterbauer (Ph.D. candidate under supervision Andrea Fratalocchi) has come 2nd place in the graduate division (best Ph.D. competitor) of the Middle East, North Africa & South Asia SPE Student Paper contest held during the North Africa Technical Conference & Exhibition in Cairo from the 16-17th of April 2013 with his paper was about "Laser Well Drilling: Overcoming Stimulated Brillouin Scattering or efficient Drilling".
