Description
We developed Dragon Metagenomic Analysis Platform (DMAP) at CBRC for user-friendly metagenomic data analysis. We are organizing a hands-on training workshop using an interesting example experiment data called MESOCOSM.
The first day of the workshop contains a series of talks on metagenomics followed by a tutorial on how to use DMAP. Day two and three of the workshop are more intensive hands-on practical sessions analyzing MESOCOSM metagenomic and metatranscriptomic data based on a series of scientific questions.
