Introduction
Jung-Hong Min is a Post Doctoral research fellow working with Professor Boon Ooi at the Photonics Laboratory in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). During his Ph.D. he focused on micro/nano-scale fabrication of compound semiconductors. In addition, he worked for a micro-LED display in SAMSUNG Display. Jung-Hong's research focuses on micro/nano optoelectronic devices and epitaxial growth of III-nitride and oxide by using MBE.
Research Interests
- Micro/nano-scale optoelectronic devices
- Epitaxial growth of III-V compound semiconductors
