Dr. Adarsh Sivan Pillai is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Integrated Microwaves Packaging Antennas and Circuits Technology (IMPACT) Research Group at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) led by Professor Atif Shamim.  

Research Interests

Dr. Adarsh’s research focuses on integrating materials science, printed electronics, and wearable technologies for real-world applications in healthcare, energy, and advanced wearables, with a strong emphasis on developing and translating lab-scale innovations into functional prototypes. His work involves the synthesis and modification of nanostructures, the formulation of screen-printable inks, and the integration of these materials for wearable applications. His expertise spans wearable biosensors, temperature sensors, strain/pressure sensors, heaters, antennas, and micro-supercapacitors.
