I am focused on achieving long-term reliable high-speed wireless communication underwater, striving to find stable transmission channels for information amidst the uncertainties of the ocean. In the Photonics Laboratory, I assist scientists in realizing their amazing concepts in the marine environment.

Introduction
Baoshi Sun is currently an engineer at the Photonics Laboratory in the Division of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).
Baoshi is an experienced marine survey engineer well-versed in traditional marine survey methods, and has participated in numerous surveys across various seas. Driven by a strong desire and curiosity for emerging marine sensing and communication technologies, he joined the laboratory in 2024, aiming to assist the team in exploring innovative techniques and approaches for marine research.
