Mahmoud Attia is currently an MS/PHD student working with the SeRBER research group led by Prof. Marc Dacier. His research interests are in network security, within the areas of IT and OT security. He previously joined KAUST as a visiting student in the summer of 2023.
About
Attia is a senior computer science student at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). Last summer, he joined Silicon Valley as a software engineer intern at one of the startups, adam.ai. Over the past year, he was performing undergraduate research in the area of process mining.
He joined KAUST as a visiting student in the summer of 2023, to work with the SeRBER research group led by Prof. Marc Dacier.
