Jose Perez obtained both M.S Degree in Electrical Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Bioscience at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) under the supervision of Prof. Jurgen Kosel.
He is currently working at Laboratoire Matière et Systèmes Complexes (MSC) CNRS / Université Paris Diderot.
