CBRC was awarded three Center Partnership Funds by the KAUST Office of Sponsored Research on April 1, 2018. The funds will be used to support the following research projects:

1. Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) for multiple-choice ranking in cancer comorbidity (Collaboration with Temple University, USA and King Saud University, KSA). Lead PI: Vladimir Bajic
2. Improvement of genetic variant prioritization technology in cancer (Collaboration with University of Cambridge and University of Birmingham, UK. Lead PI: Robert Hoehndorf
3. Data-driven natural product discovery for drug design (Collaboration with Universidad Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain). Lead PI: Stefan Arold
