Esmail Abdul Fattah at Data Science Summer School DS3
In June 2019, BayesComp members attended the Data Science Summer School DS3 that was held at École Polytechnique University in Paris. This event provided them with a series of courses and practical sessions covering the latest advances in the field of data science. Last two days were about Bayesian Statistics that cover the theory and practice of hyperparameter selection using Bayesian optimization, and Bayesian models for supervised learning, from Bayesian linear and logistic regression, to Gaussian processes.
