Education & Early Career

Abeer Alamoudi received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Effat University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 2019. In 2021, she received the M.Sc. degree in electrical and computer engineering from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), where she is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Communications and Computing Systems Laboratory.
 

Research Interests

Abeer Alamoudi's research orbit around Human Body communications (HBC) and Internet of Bodies (IoB).
Mainly, she is focused on establishing self-sustainable IoB sensor nodes by investigating different communication access schemes and energy harvesting techniques to power the system while meeting the diverse quality-of-service (QoS) requirements expected at the application level.
