Sultangali Arzykulov(Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications from Kazakh National Research Technical University after K. I. Satpayev, Almaty, Kazakhstan, in June 2010, the M.Sc. degree in communication engineering from The University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K., in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in science, engineering and technology from Nazarbayev University, Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan, in 2019. He is currently a Postdoctoral Scholar with the Computer, Electrical and Mathematical Science and Engineering Division, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). His research interests include broad areas of wireless communication systems, with a particular focus on reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS), UAV, cooperative communications, cognitive radio, energy harvesting, interference mitigation, and NOMA. He served as a technical program committee member for numerous IEEE communication society flagship conferences. He acts as a reviewer for several international journals/conferences.
