Introduction
Mohammad went to the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden as a Post-Doctoral Fellow after graduation of a Ph.D. degree from KAUST in August 2016.
Education and early career
Mohammad got his B.S. in Electrical Engineering - Communications and Electronics, Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University, Egypt in 2009.
In 2011, he obtained his M.S. in Wireless Communications, Wireless Technologies Program, School of Communication and Information Technology, Nile University, Egypt. After his graduation, he joined King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Thuwal, Saudi Arabia as a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering.

- Performance evaluation of half/full-duplex multi-hop wireless communication systems
- Quality-of-service (QoS) provisioning in full-duplex relay channels
- Resource allocation and interference management in multi-user two-way relay networks
- Digital/physical-layer network coding
- Multiuser information theory
- Multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communication systems
