Jiusi Zhou is a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed-Slim Alouini at the Communication Theory Lab (CTL) in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Education and Early Career

Jiusi Zhou obtained his Bachelor of Engineering from Communication and Information Engineering Department, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, Sichuan, P. R. China in 2018. Before formally joining KAUST, he worked as a internship student at CTL in KAUST during Aug 2017 to Jan 2018.

Research Interest

Jiusi is familiar with Ultraviolet Communication (UVC), especially with Underwater UV Communication. He also worked on the area of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing with Index Modulation (OFDM-IM). Now he is working on satellite and UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) communication.
