Prof. Daniele Boffi attended the 7th Chilean Workshop on Numerical Analysis of Partial Differential Equations, a.k.a. WONAPDE, hosted at Universidad de Concepcion, Chile, on January 15-19.
Prof. Boffi presented his research "On The Finite Element Least Squares Approximation Of Eigenvalue Problems" in a minisymposium dedicated to the 60th birthday of Prof. Norber Heuer (see group photo). In addition, he delivered the talk "Model Order Reduction For Parametric Eigenvalue Problems" in the minisymposium dedicated to the numerical approximation of eigenvalue problems of PDEs.
