• Tier 3 Support
  Investigate, identify, and resolve complex non-routine IT issues, incidents, and problems that require in-depth knowledge and expertise to provide the highest level of support escalation, including on-call support, to ensure optimal continuous operations and minimal downtime of IT systems.
• Reporting & Documentation
  Monitor, collect, analyze and report on system, application and service-related data, creating KPI metrics and automated reports. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, UI help texts, technical design documents, risk assessments, business continuity plans, policies and procedures.

  Prepare and provide training sessions, documentation, mentorship, and guidance to staff and direct and broader (Tier 1 and 2) team members.
