Hussain Fariborzi is an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and the Principal Investigator of the Integrated Circuits and Systems (ICS) Research Group. Fariborizi addresses problems in ultra-low power Integrated Circuits and Systems, MEMS/NEMS IC design and fabrication, as well as novel switching devices for next-generation ICs. Education and early career Fariborzi holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), 2013. He worked at Intel, then was an RF Design Engineer at Nokia and joined Oracle/Sun Microsystems Labs. Areas of
