GaN/InGaN nanowire
Hsien-Yu obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Professor Boon Ooi at Photonics Laboratory at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). His research was focused on GaN/InGaN nanowire grown by Molecular beam epitaxy and its application. The emission wavelength of the nanowire grown by the KAUST Photonics Lab is in the visible wavelength. He mainly worked on the GaN/InGaN nanowire grown on patterned Si substrate. Currently, Hsien is a Ph.D. Student at UT Austin, USA. Research Interests Hsien's research interests included Molecular beam
