KAUST Ph.D. candidate Mohamed Abdelwaheb Bahloul recently won first place at the IEEE International Multi-Conference on Systems, Signals and Devices 2021 (SSD’21) PhD Students Contest. The contest provided a showcase for students’ original work related to electrical engineering and information technology.

Professor Elnozahy Elected as Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors

KAUST Professor of Computer Science Elmootazbellah Elnozahy has been elected to the rank of National Academy of Inventors (NAI) Fellow. NAI fellows are selected based on the number and significance of patents they are co-inventors; the patents must also have stemmed from a university-based research program.

Prior to joining KAUST, Naseer worked as an Office Manager for the Provost and President Office at the Alfaisal University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
