photonic quantum information
Diego Arteaga Palomo
Ph.D. Student, University of Maryland
photonic quantum information
Diego was a Visiting Student at the Photonics Summer Camp 2024. He holds an undergraduate degree in nanotechnology from the Center of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at the National Autonomous University of México. At his home university, Diego worked as a research assistant, gaining experience in designing, simulating, and fabricating photonic integrated circuits in a silicon-on-insulator platform. Additionally, he has worked in the field of quantum optics studying geometrical phases. He will continue his Ph.D. study at University of Maryland in 2025, congratulations!
