Fatima AlGhamdi is a visiting Research Engineer from Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), where she joined KAUST on a Research Engineering Fellowship between SDAIA and KAUST Center of Excellence where she is to work with Prof. Mohamed Elhosiney on compositional generalization and compositional Text-3D. She obtained her master’s from Cornell University and her graduation project was supervised by prof. Claire Cardie. Her work at SDAIA is focused on Arabic natural language processing. Fatima’s interests include natural language processing, multi-modality, 3D and art.
