Ph.D. student, Mohammed Zidan 's paper on Memristor-based memory: The sneak paths problem and solutions are recognized by ScienceDirect as one of the Top 25 hottest papers published in Microelectronics Journal in the periods (January-March) and (April-June). The Top 25 provides lists of most-read articles - counted by article downloads on ScienceDirect. 

It's worth noting that Eng. Mohammed Zidan has five journal papers and seven conference papers out of his Ph.D. research. In addition to winning the best postgraduate poster award at the second Saudi International Electronics, Communications and Photonics Conference, held 27-30 April 2013 in Riyadh, KSA.

Its worth noting that Hafiz wordking under the super vision of Prof. Khaled Salama, at the sensors lab published 3 journal papers, 2 conference papers and 3 seminar presentations out of his masters thesis work. He is currently a PhD student at USC.
