Haoran Zhang is a Ph.D. student in the Electrical Engineering department at Integrated Microwaves Packaging Antennas & Circuit Technology Research Group under the supervision of Professor Atif Shamim at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Research Interests

• Millimeter-wave on-chip antenna design and Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC)​ design
• 5G Array Antenna in Package design
