About the Summit

Internet and Communication Technology (ICT) continues to transform many aspects of modern life. With the widespread deployment of fifth generation (5G) wireless communication systems worldwide, research and development efforts are increasingly focused on 6G as the next evolution in wireless communication and networking, designed to address the growing connectivity demands anticipated in the 2030s.

The 6th KAUST 6G Summit provides a forum for advancing research and innovation in 6G technology and its applications across telecommunications, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, and other sectors. The summit brings together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals to share findings, discuss technical challenges, and explore emerging directions in 6G technology development.
