Donggang Jia is a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Program under the supervision of Professor Ivan Viola in the Nanovisualization Research Group at the Visual Computing Center (VCC) at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Education and Early Career

Donggang has a Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Southampton, United Kingdom. Before that, he received his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China.

Research Interest

Donggang is focusing on computer graphics and visualization especially the animations of multi-scale biology data.
