Hosne Mobarok Shamim was a visiting student at Photonics Lab, KAUST as a part of the KAUST-KFUPM Initiative (KKI) program. He obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Islamic University of Technology (IUT), Bangladesh (2013). He has two years of experience as a lecturer at Bangladesh University of Business and Technology, Bangladesh and Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh.

Research Interests

Hosne's research interests included Visible light communication and optoelectronic device characterization.
