Peggy Huang Hsiao Tzu was a Visiting student from National Taiwan University, NTU at Professor Boon Ooi's Photonics Laboratory at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). She holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (National Taiwan University, NTU 2017). Before joining NTU, she spent 6 years studying in Singapore.

Research Interests

Hsiao's research interests included device fabrication and characterization, specifically solid-state lighting devices for present and future applications.

Awards and Distinctions

• First runner-up in NTU English Presentation Contest (2015).
• Qualified in finals for NTUEE “Future at hand” Contest (2016)
