​Kar Ying Ong is a Laboratory Engineer in the Photonics Laboratory at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). She obtained his Bsc. (2015) and MSc. (2017) in Petroleum Geoscience from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia.
