Siti Nurul Waheeda graduated in November 2015 in a Master of Science (Physics). She is a Ph.D. Student from the Institute of Nano Optoelectronics Research and Technology (INOR), Universiti Sains Malaysia. She joined the Photonics Laboratory at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), as a visiting student.

Research Interests

Siti's research interests included GaN, Nanomaterials, Molecular Beam Epitaxy and Optoelectronics.

Professional Profile

Active in research and development in solid-state lighting solution and semiconductor device, especially for gallium nitride (GaN) material with 4 years of experience. Involved in characterization and basic growth of GaN grown by Metal-Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition (MOCVD) at Universiti Malaya. She had the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills as a visiting researcher at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).
