​Wenjian Yang graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Telecommunication) with first-class honors from the University of Sydney in 2014. He was accepted by Prof. Boon S. Ooi to conduct research in Photonics Laboratory at KAUST during the gap year before starting his Ph.D. Currently, Wenjian is a Ph.D. Student at the University of Sydney, Australia.
