Xu Zhang is a visiting consultant at Photonics Laboratory at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), and he obtained Ph.D. of Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (Joint-cultivation PhD program, Ioffe Physical Technical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences for 2 years), China.
His research interests include the optoelectronic semiconductor materials and devices.
