Education and Early Career Baha Eddine Youcef Belmekki received the B.S. degree in Electronics, and the M.S. degree in Wireless Communications and Networking from University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene, Algiers, Algeria, in 2011 and 2013, respectively.
