Jidan Humaidi is currently an MS/PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at KAUST, advised by Prof. Mohamed-Slim Alouini at the Communication Theory Lab (CTL).
Education and Early Career
Jidan Humaidi earned his B.Sc. in Automation Engineering from Diponegoro University, Indonesia, graduating top of his cohort with a GPA of 3.89/4.00. During his undergraduate years he joined the UChicago–Indonesia research training program, facilitated by Prof. Haryadi Gunawi (Professor of Computer Science at the University of Chicago) Link.
Research Interests
Jidan's research interests include the Low Altitude Economy (LAE), wireless network digital twins, Split Computing and Edge AI.
