About
Muhammet Annayev is currectly a Master's student in the Communication Theory Lab (CTL) under the supervision of Professor Mohamed-Slim Alouini at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).
Education and Early Career
Driven by a passion for complex problem-solving, Muhammet Annayev competed in international mathematical Olympiads, securing top honors before shifting his focus toward applied artificial intelligence and network optimization. He obtain his B.S. degree from State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan. Currently, as a Master's student at KAUST, he applies advanced algorithmic modeling to solve critical communication bottlenecks between stratospheric platforms and ground-based infrastructure.
Research Insterest
- UAV Beam Steering Optimization: Developing precise algorithmic methods to optimize dynamic beam-tracking and signal delivery for unmanned aerial vehicles, ensuring robust connectivity in high-mobility environments.
- HAPS Software Optimization: Designing intelligent software architectures for High-Altitude Platform Stations to smoothly coordinate data routing and link budgets down to Earth-based Ground Stations (GS).
- Non-Terrestrial Network Routing: Utilizing predictive world models to forecast atmospheric disruptions (such as cloud blockages) and dynamically reroute stratospheric optical and RF signals.
