Yeva Gevorgyan is an applied mathematician and planetary scientist who develops rheological models and analytical tools to study the tidal dynamics of satellites and exoplanets, as well as numerical methods for mean-field games. More recently, she has also been working on realization theory, model reduction, and system identification, motivated in part by connections with mathematical rheology.

moment matching model reduction interpolation Stability

This talk explores advancements in model reduction that modernize traditional moment matching by introducing a data-driven procedure for unknown signal generators and a closed-loop interpolation framework that extends these techniques to unstable systems.
