We are excited to share our review on Organic Field Effect Transistors sensing platforms. This is Dr Sandeep's first paper with the group and more to come soon. Organic field effect transistors (OFETs) have been the focus of sensing application research over the last two decades. The challenges and possible future directions of OFET arrays in embedded sensing platforms are presented. Saravanan Yuvaraja, et al., "Realization of an Ultrasensitive and Highly Selective OFET NO2 Sensor: The Synergistic Combination of PDVT-10 Polymer and Porphyrin–MOF." ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces 12 (16), 2020, 18748. Organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) are emerging as competitive candidates for gas sensing applications due to the ease of their fabrication process combined with the ability to readily fine-tune the properties of organic semiconductors. Nevertheless, some key challenges remain to be addressed, such as material degradation, low sensitivity, and poor selectivity toward
