Polina received her bachelor's degree in Photonics and Optoinformatics from ITMO University with honours degree and is currently working towards a master’s degree in Applied Photonics at ITMO University. In her first grade as a graduate student, Polina studied abroad in South Korea for the spring semester. Polina is experienced in working on attacks on quantum key distribution systems, and electrodynamics traps, having worked on several projects in the field. She used to be involved in the design of a 3D model for quantum communication education stand circuits.

Polina joined the Photonics Summer Camp in July of 2024.

Research interests

Polina's research interests are in applications of integrated photonics and lasers for optical and quantum communications.
