Jiajie Xu is a PhD. Student under the supervision of Prof. Mohamed-Slim Alouini at Communication theory Laboratory, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).
Education and Early Career
Jiajie Xu studied Automation and got his Bachelor of Engineering from Lanzhou Jiaotong University in China in 2016. In 2019, he received his Master Degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Yanshan University in China. Since 2019, he studied as a PhD. student in Underwater Communication and Detection at Northwestern Polytechnical University in China.
Jiajie Xu is interested in signal processing, acoustic and optical communication, target localization and detection and underwater sensor networks, especially in underwater wireless sensor networks.
Honors and Awards
Jiajie Xu was awarded the National Encouragement Scholarship in 2015. He also won the First Prize of National College Students Electronic Design Competition in Gansu division in 2015. Jiajie Xu was the Outstanding Graduate of Lanzhou Jiaotong University in 2016. Jiajie Xu won the Third Prize of China underwater Robot Competition in 2017. he also won the Third Prize of International Underwater Robot Competition in 2018.
