About Chao Shen Chao Shen Ph.D., Electrical and Computer Engineering optoelectronics Chao Shen received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Professor Boon Ooi at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Currently, Chao is working as a Consultant at KAUST, with KAUST Innovation and Economic Development.
